Dan Lipinski is a Senior Stormwater Scientist and project manager with over 20 years’ experience in stormwater and wastewater permit management, compliance program development, and best management practice (BMP) evaluations, including design and implementation of various treatment technologies and systems. He has extensive experience in managing complex sites, including those discharging under both general and individual National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and those operating under Administrative or Agreed Orders.
Nolan Conway, GIT – Staff Geologist
Nolan Conway is a Staff Geologist. Nolan studied Earth and Space Sciences and Geology at the University of Washington. A true geologist, his hobbies include hiking and rockhounding. Previous to joining SoundEarth Strategies he was a geologist in Montana and Nevada.
Kelsen Kitchen – Technical Writer
Kelsen Kitchen is Technical Writer with SoundEarth Strategies. She is a graduate of the Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in English and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Washington.
Cindy Conway – Accounts Payable Clerk
Cindy Conway is an Accounts Payable Clerk with our corporate accounting team. She is a graduate of the Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Cindy recently moved to Seattle and is an avid book reader.
Kevin Heins – Accounting Manager
Originally from Eugene, OR, Kevin Heins brings more than two decades of corporate accounting and finance experience to SoundEarth Strategies as the newest member of our accounting team. His broad industry experience includes working for a global health technology company and a construction firm. Prior to earning a senior accounting certificate at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, he completed his studies in biblical literature with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwest College. In his spare time, he is a sports fan and games enthusiast, especially strategy games. He also has two cats, Suki and Whitman.
