Mindy Graddon – Associate Geologist

Mindy is a Washington State Licensed Geologist and a Project Management Professional. Since 2007 her work has focused on applied geology, with responsibilities of well installation and decommissioning oversight, geologic characterization, sample collection, coordination of site access and subcontractor work, and fieldwork scheduling. Mindy has the unique training and qualifications to serve as a health and safety officer for federal projects, creating and reviewing health and safety plans, and managing on-site health and safety meetings, project oversight, and documentation.

Kevin Bartelt – Project Scientist

Kevin Bartelt web

Kevin has experience on a wide variety of environmental compliance projects. He specializes in field work and data collection for Phase I and II environmental site assessments, performing hazardous materials/asbestos surveys, and conducting stormwater sampling and CESCL inspections. He also provides environmental due diligence for clean-up, stormwater management oversight and monitoring, technical assistance on numerous cleanup and remediation sites, and remediation projects for both public and private clients. Kevin is a CARB-accredited verifier for greenhouse gas reporting and assists industrial facilities to prepare annual greenhouse gas and environmental compliance reports.

Travis Zandi – Associate Scientist & Group Manager

Travis specializes in writing environmental technical documents for projects in the Pacific Northwest. He has contributed to SEPA environmental review documents and also prepares Phase I environmental site assessments, sampling activities, and reports. Travis has impressive research and investigative skills in data collection and excels in historical research and compiling historical reports, making his technical writing skills and research abilities invaluable to environmental review documents.
